La IGJ avanza hacia la digitalización total del procedimiento registral

A través de la Resolución General 5/2026, el organismo elimina las copias en papel, introduce la «plancha de inscripción digital» y automatiza el trámite de punta a punta.

La Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ) continúa avanzando en su proceso de modernización. Con la reciente publicación de la Resolución General 5/2026, el organismo implementa un nuevo sistema de inscripción registral digital que promete transformar de manera definitiva la gestión de trámites.

Los aspectos centrales de la nueva normativa contemplan:

• Adiós al papel: Se elimina por completo la obligación de presentar copias físicas de los instrumentos para su inscripción.

 

• Plancha de inscripción digital: Se introduce este nuevo documento electrónico que registrará los actos inscriptos, contará con la firma digital del funcionario competente y tendrá plena validez jurídica idéntica a la de un instrumento original.

 

• Trámites 100% remotos: La documentación final se remitirá de forma electrónica al interesado, eliminando la necesidad de asistir de manera presencial para su retiro. Asimismo, se habilita la emisión digital de las resoluciones particulares del organismo.

The IGJ moves toward the full digitalization of the registration procedure

Through General Resolution 5/2026, the agency eliminates paper copies, introduces the «digital registration certificate» (plancha de inscripción digital), and automates the process from end to end.

The Inspección General de Justicia (IGJ—General Directorate of Corporations) continues to advance in its modernization process. With the recent publication of General Resolution 5/2026, the agency implements a new digital registration system that promises to definitively transform procedure management.

The core aspects of the new regulations include:

• Goodbye to paper: The obligation to submit physical copies of instruments for registration is completely eliminated.

 

• Digital registration certificate: This new electronic document is introduced to record registered acts. It will feature the digital signature of the competent official and will hold full legal validity, identical to that of an original instrument.

 

• 100% remote procedures: Final documentation will be sent electronically to the interested party, eliminating the need to pick it up in person. Furthermore, the digital issuance of the agency’s specific resolutions is now authorized.

 

The implementation of this new digital ecosystem will be carried out gradually, following a specific schedule based on the different acts and subjects affected, thereby ensuring an orderly transition for all professionals and users.
