Mariana graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, joined the Firm in 1997, and works in the Litigation & Arbitration Practice group.

Mariana received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in 1996. Furthermore, she took different graduate courses, including “Financial and Operating Leases” (1996), “Liability for Medical Malpractice” (2005), “Medical Malpractice” (2007). She also took part in the Intensive Seminar on Legal Scholars’ Opinions and Case Law on Medical Malpractice (May 2009) and in the Argentine Congress on Medical Law “Management and Prevention of Errors and Medical and Pharmaceutical Legal Responsibility due to Drug Prescription, Adverse Effects Information, Sale of Medicines and Pharmacotherapy Follow-up” (Nov. 2007).

She is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and of the Lomas de Zamora District Bar Association.

María Victoria graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and joined the Firm in 2007.

María Victoria received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1998.

She specializes in Immigration, particularly in proceedings to register as residents persons moving to Argentina from abroad. She provides advice to international clients regarding all aspects related to employee transfers and the registration of senior officers as residents, including social security and tax matters. She has attended numerous courses, seminars, and lectures on Immigration Law.

María Victoria is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and of the San Martín District Bar Association. She holds a license to appear before any federal court nationwide.

Laura graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She joined the Firm in 2019 and works in the Labor and Social Security Practice group.

In the area of Labor Law, she handles the day-to-day management of cases of the Firm’s clients linked to individual and collective work relationships, focusing on advice for the efficient resolution of cases in view of the clients’ interests and business.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and the Lomas de Zamora District Bar Association.

Patricio graduated from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba. He joined the Firm in 2018 and is a member of the Public Law and Litigation & Arbitration Practice groups.

He received his LL.B. from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad Católica de Córdoba in 2011.

Patricio provides legal services related to administrative contracts and utilities, as well as regulated activities (electric power, telecommunications, potable water service, air and land transportation, gas transportation, among others), privatization processes, national, provincial, and international tenders, expropriations and administrative easements. He is mainly dedicated to working as an advisor on administrative issues assisting the Firm’s clients (local and multinational companies operating in Argentina) in order to ensure that they comply with local regulations. He also has experience in litigation. He is dedicated to the integral and autonomous management of civil and commercial litigation. He also has knowledge about ​​Corporate Law, corporate contracts, contracts in general, incorporation of companies, registration of foreign companies, preparation of minutes, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, and reorganization proceedings and bankruptcies.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.

Agostina graduated from the Universidad de Belgrano. She is a member of the Environmental Law and Litigation Practice groups. She joined the firm in 2010.

Agostina received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad de Belgrano in 2003. She took a graduate course in Damages at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (2007).

Agostina provides general advice on environmental matters. She advices the Firm’s clients (local and multinational companies doing business in Argentina) on environmental matters in order to ensure that such companies comply with the local environmental laws and regulations. She provides advice on environmental audits and due diligence. She also has vast experience in litigation. Agostina is responsible for the comprehensive management of civil and commercial lawsuits involving damages, insurance and insurance companies, liability for medical malpractice, automotive terminals – hidden and manufacturing defects –.

Candela graduated from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. She is a member of the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice groups. She joined the firm in 2015.

She received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2001.

In the Corporate Law area, Candela is part of a team of lawyers entirely dedicated to providing advice on general corporate matters to domestic and multinational companies doing business in Argentina.

Candela is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.

Micaela graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is a member of the Labor and Social Security Practice group. She joined the Firm in 2018.

She received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2006. She also took several courses in Labor Law.

In the practice of Labor Law, Micaela is responsible for handling and managing the daily litigation matters of the Firm’s clients in connection with individual and collective labor relations. Manuel graduated from the Universidad de San Andres. He joined the Firm in 2018.
