Daniel is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and the Procedural Law Institute of the Universidad del Salvador.

In the area of ​​Labor Law, she is in charge of the attention and management of the daily and litigious questions of clients of the firm, linked to individual and collective labor relations, focusing advice on efficient resolution and directed to the interest of the client and their businesses.

Likewise, she also completed: (i) “Corporate Law Update” Premaster at Universidad Austral and (ii) a Postgraduate in “Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions and Debt Renegotiation” at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

In the Corporate Law area, Natalia is part of a team of lawyers fully dedicated to advising national and multinational companies on corporate, commercial and corporate law in general.

She completed a postgraduate degree in International Commercial Law (LLM) at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, in 2018. She took a course in Public and Private International Law at the Academy of International Law in The Hague, the Netherlands, in 2019.

In the areas of Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is part of a team of lawyers entirely dedicated to advising national and multinational companies that carry out activities both in Argentina and abroad.

She participated as a student representing the University of Groningen in the International Commercial Mediation Competition No. XI organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in 2018. Participated in the academic competition called “Hours of Crisis”, organized by the Academy International Law of The Hague, in 2019. She served as a guest professional at the Chair of Public International Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), expounding on “the fragmentation of international law” in 2021.

Regina is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.

She published and defended her final LLM thesis on the topic: “Comi Migration: The impact that this action generates on the interests of creditors in cross-border insolvency proceedings within the European Union”, in Groningen, the Netherlands, in 2018.

Facundo graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina and is a member of the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice groups. He worked for the Firm from 2012 until 2016 and re-joined the Firm in 2019.

Facundo received his LL.B. from the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in 2013. He also took a Certification in Finance Assessment in the Instituto Argentino Ejecutivo de Finanzas (2016) and a Business Law Certificate Program at University of California, Berkeley (2017). Furthermore, he took a Master’s Degree in Law and Economy at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2018).

In the Corporate Law area, Facundo specializes in the provision of advice on matters related to business and commercial law to multinational companies doing business in Argentina, as well as on merger and acquisition transactions. Moreover, he has experience in complex commercial lawsuits, arbitration procedures, class actions, and civil lawsuits.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and Berkeley Global Society.

Matías graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. He is a member of the Public Law and Litigation Practice groups. He worked for the Firm from 2006 to 2017 and rejoined our team in 2019.

He received his LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata in 1997. He has attended several courses and seminars on Procedural Law, Insurance Law, Consumer Protection, Bankruptcy Law, Labor Law and Corporate Law.

Matías handles civil and commercial litigation, arbitration proceedings, bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings, insurance and insurance company matters, banking law, credit cards, data protection, electricity market, compliance, consumer protection, recall procedures and fair trade matters. He also provides comprehensive advice to companies on corporate, contract and public law matters, promotions, contests and sweepstakes, terms and conditions and authorizations before the relevant regulatory entities.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and the La Plata District Bar Association.

Daniela graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and works in the Customs and Foreign Trade Practice group.

Daniela received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad of Buenos Aires in 2003. She is currently taking a graduate course in Customs and Integration Law at the School of Law of the Universidad of Buenos Aires.

Daniela forms part of a team of lawyers dedicated to giving advice on import and export matters, restrictions, licenses and certifications, valuation for customs purposes, dumping, regional integration, foreign exchange issues, audits, administrative and litigation proceedings and other foreign-trade-related matters.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.

Oscar Soldati received his LL.B. (cum laude) from the Universidad of Buenos Aires in 1969. He specializes in Sociology of Law (Universidad de Buenos Aires).

He was an Associate Professor of Sociology and Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Oscar is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and the San Isidro District Bar Association.
