Perelli, Facundo

Facundo graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina and is a member of the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice groups. He worked for the Firm from 2012 until 2016 and re-joined the Firm in 2019.

Facundo received his LL.B. from the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina in 2013. He also took a Certification in Finance Assessment in the Instituto Argentino Ejecutivo de Finanzas (2016) and a Business Law Certificate Program at University of California, Berkeley (2017). Furthermore, he took a Master’s Degree in Law and Economy at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires (2018).

In the Corporate Law area, Facundo specializes in the provision of advice on matters related to business and commercial law to multinational companies doing business in Argentina, as well as on merger and acquisition transactions. Moreover, he has experience in complex commercial lawsuits, arbitration procedures, class actions, and civil lawsuits.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and Berkeley Global Society.
