Bio

Natalia graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Member of the Corporate Law Department. She joined the Firm in 2021.

Education

Natalia graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2000. Likewise, she also completed: (i) “Corporate Law Update” Premaster at Universidad Austral and (ii) a Postgraduate in “Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions and Debt Renegotiation” at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.

Specialization

In the Corporate Law area, Natalia is part of a team of lawyers fully dedicated to advising national and multinational companies on corporate, commercial and corporate law in general.
