Patricio graduated from the Universidad Católica de Córdoba. He joined the Firm in 2018 and is a member of the Public Law and Litigation & Arbitration Practice groups.
Education
He received his LL.B. from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad Católica de Córdoba in 2011.
Specialization
Patricio provides legal services related to administrative contracts and utilities, as well as regulated activities (electric power, telecommunications, potable water service, air and land transportation, gas transportation, among others), privatization processes, national, provincial, and international tenders, expropriations and administrative easements. He is mainly dedicated to working as an advisor on administrative issues assisting the Firm’s clients (local and multinational companies operating in Argentina) in order to ensure that they comply with local regulations. He also has experience in litigation. He is dedicated to the integral and autonomous management of civil and commercial litigation. He also has knowledge about Corporate Law, corporate contracts, contracts in general, incorporation of companies, registration of foreign companies, preparation of minutes, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, and reorganization proceedings and bankruptcies.
