Bio
Lawyer graduated from the Inter-American Open University (UAI), Rosario Campus. Member of the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Departments. She joined the Firm in 2020.
Education
She graduated as a lawyer from the Inter-American Open University in 2016. She completed a postgraduate degree in International Commercial Law (LLM) at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, in 2018. She took a course in Public and Private International Law at the Academy of International Law in The Hague, the Netherlands, in 2019.
Specialization
In the areas of Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is part of a team of lawyers entirely dedicated to advising national and multinational companies that carry out activities both in Argentina and abroad.
Academic Activities
She participated as a student representing the University of Groningen in the International Commercial Mediation Competition No. XI organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in 2018. Participated in the academic competition called “Hours of Crisis”, organized by the Academy International Law of The Hague, in 2019. She served as a guest professional at the Chair of Public International Law at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), expounding on “the fragmentation of international law” in 2021.

She published and defended her final LLM thesis on the topic: “Comi Migration: The impact that this action generates on the interests of creditors in cross-border insolvency proceedings within the European Union”, in Groningen, the Netherlands, in 2018.
