Foiguel Borci, Matías

Matías graduated from the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. He is a member of the Public Law and Litigation Practice groups. He worked for the Firm from 2006 to 2017 and rejoined our team in 2019.

He received his LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata in 1997. He has attended several courses and seminars on Procedural Law, Insurance Law, Consumer Protection, Bankruptcy Law, Labor Law and Corporate Law.

Matías handles civil and commercial litigation, arbitration proceedings, bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings, insurance and insurance company matters, banking law, credit cards, data protection, electricity market, compliance, consumer protection, recall procedures and fair trade matters. He also provides comprehensive advice to companies on corporate, contract and public law matters, promotions, contests and sweepstakes, terms and conditions and authorizations before the relevant regulatory entities.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and the La Plata District Bar Association.
