Florencia graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is a member of the Corporate Law and M&A Practice groups. She joined the Firm in 2018.
Education
Florencia received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2017.
Specialization
In the Corporate Law area, she specializes in providing advice on general corporate law to multinational companies doing business in Argentina, as well as advice on mergers and acquisitions.
