Lawyer graduated from the Argentine Catholic University. He joins the Firm in 2022.
Education
He graduated as a lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the Argentine Catholic University in 1993. He has a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Austral University in 1997. He participated in different courses, webinars and conferences on Labor Law and Social Security.
Specialization
In the area of Labor Law, he is in charge of the attention and management of the daily and litigious issues of clients of the Firm, linked to individual labor relations. Focuses advice on the prevention of contingencies, understanding the needs and interests of the client.
Academic Activities
He developed activities as a full professor in the Labor Practice chair at the Faculty of Human Resources of the University of Palermo from 2008 to 2012.
Memberships
Juan Martín is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association and the San Isidro Bar Association.
