Villar, Noelia Belén

Lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law of Buenos Aires. Member of the Corporate Department. He joined the Firm in 2022.

She graduated as a lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in 2013. She has completed a specialization course in Corporate Legal Advice in 2016, in which she has been distinguished among the three best averages. She has also participated in different courses related to professional performance before the Public Registries in matters of Constitution and Registration of Companies before the General Inspectorate of Justice. In 2020, she has completed the Compliance Program carried out by the Austral University Business School (IAE Business School) where she obtained the Ethics and Compliance Certification. In 2021 she has completed a Program for the Prevention of Money Laundering, Transparency and Financing of Terrorism at the Di Tella University.

Lawyer specialized in Corporate Law. She specializes in advising on corporate law issues.

She was a teacher at “The Foundation for Higher Studies in Commercial Sciences – FAECC” in the subjects of Union Relations and Applied Business Law. And in the same house she was an assistant in the field of Labor Law.

Noelia is a member of the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.
