Luisina graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario. She is a member of the Corporate Law Practice group.
Luisina received her LL.B. from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 2018. She obtained a distinction granted by the School of Law for being included among the top GPA of her year of admission.
Luisina specializes in Corporate Law.
She participated as secretary of the Benefit and Collective Interest Corporations commission in the XIV Argentine Congress of Corporate Law, and X Ibero-American Congress of Corporate and Business Law.
She was a teaching assistant in the Commercial Law II (Legal Persons) course of the School of Law of the Universidad Nacional de Rosario during the year 2019.
In the XIV Argentine Congress of Corporate Law, and X Ibero-American Congress of Corporate and Business Law, she presented an article of her authorship entitled “Implicancias de la ley 27.401 Régimen de Responsabilidad Penal aplicable a las Personas Jurídicas Privadas en los procesos Due Diligence en materia de transformaciones y adquisiciones societarias” (“Implicancies of Criminal Liability Law 27,041 applicable to Private Legal Entities in Due Diligence Procedures in corporate conversions and acquisitions”).
